Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are ready to ship within a few days, unless there is customization. For details about your specific order, please contact us.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost Items/Damages

We are not responsible for items that are lost by the post office. If you do not receive your item in a timely manner, please use the tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation e-mail and contact your postal service. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, we do offer replacements within 3 days of receiving your product. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your broken item, we will not ship out a replacement item.

RETURNS

Return Information

If you need to make a return, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your product. Please email us to let us know you need to make a return. You can return all items to PO Box 868, Odenville, AL 35120. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless you received the wrong item, in which case we will provide a return shipping label.

Returns must be received within 14 days in order to be refunded. Refunds will arrive in your bank account within 2-4 business days. If there is an issue with a a return or refund, please email us.
